Primary Role

• The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the company’s sales growth, managing customer relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to increase market share and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities to increase customer base and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management.
• Manage the sales team, set goals, and monitor their performance.
• Oversee promotional activities, advertising, and product launches.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with R&D to align products with market demands.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
• Provide technical advice to customers about product applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing principles, and market research methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Results-oriented.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
