Job Title: Computer Operator

Location: Ariyibi Apete, Ibadan - Oyo

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Operator to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing training, computer business assignments, technical support, managing computer systems, and ensuring smooth operations within their organization

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers for document typesetting, proofreading, editing, scanning, printing, photocopying, and internet services.
• Train enrolled students in computer training programs.
• Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and upgrade computer systems and networks.
• Install and configure computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as backups and security updates.
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW)
• Experience in internet services, including web design and development
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
