Job Description

Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, and copy) across all platforms.
• Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for growth.
• Engage with followers, respond to messages, and manage online communities effectively.

Web Design & Management:

• Design, update, and maintain our website to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate website features with social media campaigns.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 2+ years proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Web Designer.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Skilled in web design tools (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
