Caston Vienna Tutors is a homeschooling company that recruits, trains, and employs teachers to help parents of babies and toddlers homeschool their children. Homeschooling is a form of education where children are taught at home instead of attending a traditional school. Homeschooling can offer a personalized and flexible learning experience, allowing students to progress at their own pace and focus on areas of interest. We also serve parents who need after school help for their children. We are based in Port Harcourt, Rivers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Full Time Homeschooling Teacher

Locations: Eliozu & Rumuodara - Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
You must be able to:

• Implement personalised learning plans tailored to the child's needs and interests. You will be given a curriculum.
• Use interactive and engaging teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Maintain regular communication with the child's parents or guardians regarding progress and goals.
• Keep records of the child's progress and a daily diary.
• Maintain records of weekly lesson plans and assignment progress reports as needed.
• Maintaining records and providing evidence of growth and progress to parents and to students
• Meet regularly at the office every Monday.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / FSLC / HND / NCE / OND / NECO qualification with 1-8 years work experience.
• Fluency in English language
• Must be a single Female, cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable
• Ability to take supervision and correction constructively
• Must not have any full-time jobs and be willing to commit to working with Caston Vienna Tutors full time.
• Proven experience in teaching
• Must stay in Rumuodara or Eliozu
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the individual needs of the child.
• Must be willing to take training and commute to different homes to teach children
• Willingness to enter into a 1-year contract.

Salary
N50,000 - N150,000 monthly.
