Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for gas operations to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee daily gas operations, including supply chain management and distribution.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
• Set performance targets for the gas department and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to meet objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.

• Identify and address operational issues and challenges in the gas sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate with other departments to align gas operations with organizational objectives.

• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a focus on Energy Management or similar is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the gas or energy industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing gas operations and projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of gas industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
