• B.Sc / HND in any discipline
• Applicant must be 26 years or below
• Minimum of 1-2 years in a financial institution, Micro-finance/ Point of Sales.
• Good communication skills i.e. (Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer’s needs.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills & Ability to pay attention to details
• Resilient and proactive attitude
