Team or Technical Lead - Fullstack Software Developer at a Tech and Media Startup

We are a Tech and media Startup that will begin our journey in January 2025 with a confidential outsourced SAAS and ERP Project for EU and US markets. We will start with a team of highly technical and passionate individuals to share our vision and take responsibility for their roles and build a Foundation of Values and Principles.

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Team or Tech Lead to lead software development teams within our business units.
• This role is pivotal in driving technical vision, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with company objectives.
• You will manage multiple development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration while delivering on ambitious product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a strategic vision for the software development function, aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor multiple development teams, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to succeed.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to align development activities.
• Track and report on KPIs for management reviews and drive continuous process improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into businesses solutions.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and security requirements.

What we’re looking for
Required skills & experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and modern development practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, Java, and React.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Proven ability to manage complex software projects and mentor diverse teams.
• Desired skills & experience:
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies.
