We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Intern

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Key Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Intern, you will support our team in various aspects of the real estate process, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities.
• Supporting property listing activities, including creating marketing materials and updating online platforms.
• Coordinating and attending property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Assisting in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Shadowing senior team members to learn negotiation and client relationship management techniques.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns for properties.
• Providing administrative support, such as maintaining databases, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
• Contributing to special projects or initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 0-1 year experience.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in real estate, business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in real estate and a desire to build a career in the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable transportation and availability to attend property visits as needed.
