Job Title: Product Manager

Location: VGC, Lagos (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• The Product Manager is responsible for designing & implementing comprehensive, integrated solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
• This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and clients to ensure that the proposed solutions are technically viable and effectively address the business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements.
• Identify potential technology solutions.
• Run demos for prospective clients.
• Design and plan the implementation of the chosen solution.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Work closely with project managers and technical teams to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay abreast with all solutions.
• Attend trainings to gain more knowledge about the solutions.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in solution consulting, implementation, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret business needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
• Hands-on experience with solution implementation processes.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of any ZOHO software is a plus.
