Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team in Ikoyi, Lagos. As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality goods and services for our cafe, spa, and fashion brand.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services (food, beverages, spa products, fashion items, etc.) from reputable suppliers
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions
• Collaborate with department heads to understand procurement needs
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
• Proximity to Ikoyi is highly preferred.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
