• Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record in real estate or mortgage banking? Join our team as a Sales & Business Development Executive and play a pivotal role in driving off-plan property sales!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify client demands and potential buyers.
• Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and buyers.
• Present off-plan properties effectively, highlighting unique selling points.
• Organize promotional events and create marketing materials to attract buyers.
• Assist clients with documentation, financing, and payment plans.
• Negotiate favorable terms and collaborate with financial institutions.
• Stay informed about real estate trends and local regulations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Degree-level education with 3-6 years experience.
• Proven sales experience in real estate or mortgage banking.
• Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s real estate market, especially off-plan properties.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to leverage social media for lead generation and brand promotion.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
