Job Summary 

• We’re seeking reliable and efficient Independent Delivery Agents to join our team. This is not a traditional job - it is a contract-based opportunity for independent delivery agents who can ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our products to customers across Nigeria.

This Role is Not for Everyone:

About the Role

• As an Independent Delivery Agent, you will house our products, deliver them to customers as assigned, and provide timely updates and reports.
• You will operate independently, following strict accountability standards to ensure the safe delivery of products.
• You will also be required to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to comply with the company’s rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management:

• House products securely and handle them with care.
• Provide timestamped pictures of products in your custody weekly.
• Confirm stock updates, promptly pick up items sent from the warehouse, and declare received stock with pictures.
• Follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) procedure for stock rotation.
• Pay for any lost or damaged products immediately.

Delivery Operations:

• Deliver products to customers promptly as per the assigned orders.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Send delivery reports immediately after every product is delivered.
• Provide exceptional customer service during the delivery process.

Payment Confirmation:

• Ensure customers make payments directly to the company's account.
• Confirm receipt of payment before completing the delivery.

Accountability:

• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, payments, and stock updates.
• Be accountable for all products in your care at all times.

What We Don’t Want:

• Arrogant individuals who refuse to follow the company’s rules and regulations.
• Irresponsible people who fail to deliver products within 24 hours or mishandle products in their care.
• Dishonest individuals who fail to prioritize company deliveries or misrepresent their availability and commitments.
• Lazy people who cannot meet delivery deadlines, fail to maintain accurate records, or neglect accountability for the products they house.
• Careless agents who lose or damage products and fail to take immediate responsibility for their actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / NCE / SSCE / FSLC with 1 - 2 years of experience.

Requirements:

• Guarantors: Provide two guarantors with company-related email addresses (e.g., musa@company.com) and a reputable background willing to stand as surety for up to N2,000,000. One guarantor must reside in Lagos.
• Technology: Smartphone with internet access for communication and navigation.
• Identification: Valid government-issued ID.
• Work Ethic: Strong communication, customer service skills, and basic math for record-keeping.
• Reliability: Must house products securely and ensure their safety at all times.

What We Offer

• Earnings: Competitive pay based on deliveries made - earn up to N25,000 per day or N150,000 to N250,000 per month.
