Role Overview

• As the Head of Marketing and Brand Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including marketing communications, digital marketing, influencer marketing, event management, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry experts.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in marketing and brand management, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in marketing and brand management roles, with at least years of experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, including digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
