Job Description

• Our Client is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in React.js and Node.js to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and deliver high-quality code, ensuring performance, responsiveness, and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support web applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development practices.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience with React.js and Node.js in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Github.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth, JWT, or similar.
• Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with a software development agency, will be useful but not mandatory

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
