Job Title: Cleaner

Location: Iddo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, dust, and clean and surfaces in designated areas (offices, compound, restrooms, etc.).
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper as necessary.
• Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in the appropriate containers.
• Surface Cleaning: Wipe down desks, counters, windows, and furniture to maintain cleanliness
• Cleaning Supplies: Replenish cleaning supplies when necessary and ensure they are stored correctly.
• Deep Cleaning: Perform occasional thorough environmental cleaning tasks, such as cleaning and sweeping the compound, maintaining and clearing the entrance gate to be neat, and cleaning and wiping all windows and doors.
• Safety Standards: Follow health and safety guidelines while using cleaning products, ensuring proper ventilation and protective measures are used.
• Reporting Issues: Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken equipment) to the supervisor or facilities manager.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in cleaning in a shipping / maritime company is advantageous but not required.

Skills:

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
