Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Fashion Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our fashion store.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
• As a Fashion Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and product launches to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Fashion or related field preferred.
• 1- 2 years of experience as a Fashion Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.

Salary
N140,000 / Month
