Role Overview

• Our client is seeking a professional and personable Hotel Receptionist to be the face of their establishment.
• As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their stay is memorable and seamless.
• This position requires a mix of customer service expertise, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Ensure the front desk area is well-organized and presentable at all times.

What We are Looking For
Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles (1-2 years preferred).
• Background in hospitality or tourism is advantageous.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in [English] (additional languages are a plus).
