Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our client’s Port Harcourt office.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a culture that aligns with our company's values while driving strategic HR initiatives.

Job Description

• Oversee recruitment and general human resources functions
• Monitor projects development stages and provide all administrative support for smooth project execution
• Perform official correspondence as directed by the Managing Director
• Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director on all organizational administrative activities
• Planning and coordinating logistics and procurement functions in liaison with Procurement and Project teams for smooth day to day operations
• Provide necessary coaching and mentoring and ensure staff remain motivated to carry out task.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of HR management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• HR certifications such as ACIPM or ACIPD are highly desirable.
