PI-Moff Resources Nigeria Limited is an independent marine engineering consultant with a wide range of technological expertise, particularly in chemical, petrochemical oil and gas industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Location: Warri, Delta

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of conceptual designs, requirements, vendor integration, bid packages and quotations for material handling and chemical process equipment.
• Develop required documents per customer standards (electrical panels, P&IDs, loop sheets, and system architecture).
• Identify and analyze design changes and modify documents accordingly.
• Perform critical analysis of production processes and procedures for potential cost, quality, safety, reliability, and process efficiency opportunities.
• Develop action plans to address.
• Develop SOPs that are accurate, properly maintained and implemented. Manage technical vendor/supplier relationships and performance.
• Work collaboratively with Company partners, suppliers, and owners to plan and execute work packages.
• Develop SOWs, schedules, and budgets in support of project proposals/work packages.
• Monitors and controls technical project scope against the project plan and Functional & Detailed Design Specifications, Monitoring progress and performance of engineering contractor/ equipment vendors during the execution of work Inspect equipment at the factory to ensure compliance with specifications and procurement documentation.
• Attend and contribute to site and project technical meetings as necessary.
• Lead Factory acceptance testing for customers Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and start-up support to operations.

Requirements

• Chartered Chemical Engineer (CEng) with Chemical or Similar Engineering degree
• Must have knowledge of MS Office including, Excel, Access, Project, also working knowledge of AutoCAD, CADWorx, schedule-pro and other bespoke engineering software packages, PowerPoint presentation of technical topics for marketing events.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience is required.
• Applicants must not be more than 40 years old.
