Job Title: Adobe Designer

Job Summary

• The Adobe Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs using Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, etc.) for a variety of digital and print media.
• The role involves collaborating with other team members to execute design projects, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring high-quality design outputs that align with the goals and vision of the company or clients.

Key Responsibilities
Design Creation and Development:

• Design digital and print assets including advertisements, social media posts, web pages, brochures, packaging, presentations, and more using Adobe tools.
• Develop brand assets and templates that maintain consistency across various platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and design visual solutions for campaigns, websites, and other digital experiences.

User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI) Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications using Adobe XD and other tools.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that align with user needs and expectations while reflecting the brand's identity.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are executed seamlessly across web platforms.

Brand Development & Consistency:

• Work on maintaining and enhancing the brand’s visual identity, ensuring design elements align with brand guidelines.
• Develop and manage visual elements such as logos, typography, and color schemes.
• Ensure that design quality and brand standards are met across all projects and deliverables.

Client and Team Collaboration:

• Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Work closely with marketing, development, and content teams to deliver cohesive creative materials.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback loops to refine designs and concepts.

Design Optimization & Updates:

• Review, revise, and update existing design elements as needed based on feedback or changes in design trends.
• Optimize designs for print and digital mediums, ensuring high-quality output for both.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of design materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize and schedule design tasks.

Required Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 2+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work in both print and digital media.
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Experience in creating responsive designs for websites, apps, and social media platforms.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Familiarity with web design practices and front-end design tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with animation and video editing using Adobe tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications:
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Familiarity with design trends, new tools, and innovations in the creative space.

Remuneration
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
