C & I Leasing Plc was incorporated in 1990 as a limited liability company and was subsequently licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a finance company, to provide amongst other services, operating and finance leases.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Fulfilment Officer

Locations: Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Ajah, Ibeju Lekki, Eleko, Abijo & Badore - Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
• Accurate comprehension, interpretation, and capturing of information, accuracy, and timely response to calls.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND in any field.
• Minimum of 1year of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Not more than 27 years
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of customer service telephony and technology.
• Proficient in the usage of Microsoft packages.
• Ability to understand individual differences.

Salary
N130,000 monthly (net plus HMO and Pension).
