Job Title: Field Operations Officer

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Responsibilities
A field operations officer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Operations: Managing day-to-day field operations and liaising with customs officers
• Communication: Serving as the main point of contact for field offices and working closely with the field operations manager
• Collaboration: Working independently and effectively across borders and cultures
• Formulating strategy
• Improving performance
• Securing compliance
• Mentoring team members
• Increasing customer service quality
• Implementing best practices
• Communicating with management teams

Requirements

• A degree in a related field, such as business management, or economics, and experience in the field.
• Excellent communication skills are critical, as they must be able to effectively explain their decisions and plans to their team and other stakeholders.
• Analytical skills are essential, as they must be able to effectively evaluate data and determine where changes to operations may be necessary.
• Problem-solving skills are necessary to ensure any issues that arise are handled quickly and efficiently.
