Job Title: Real Estate Operations Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to manage property development and acquisitions.
• Supervise budgets, timelines, and quality standards for all real estate projects.
• Maintain all administrative records, contracts, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian real estate regulations and policies.
• Provide reports and updates to the business owner on progress and challenges.

Requirements

• Qualification: HND / BSc
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of Nigerian real estate laws and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management tools like Trello or Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• 3+ years of experience in project or operations management (real estate experience preferred).

Salary
N100,000 per month
