Job Description

• We are looking for a talented and creative Copywriter/Social Media Handler to join our team and elevate our online. presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish engaging posts across various social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Strategically grow and increase the follower base across all Nairametrics’ social media platforms.
• Optimize social media posts (language, tone, and message) tailored to our target audience’s behavior.
• Select appealing images and videos to enhance posts and captivate the audience.
• Update social media pages with compelling company news and announcements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create advertising posts for events, job openings, and product releases.
• Monitor, track, and report on social media insights, including traffic, engagement, shares, and conversion rates.
• Implement advertising techniques, such as promotions and competitions, to boost brand awareness.
• Respond promptly and accurately to questions and comments on our social media pages.
• Network with clients and industry professionals to foster relationships.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by the Digital Media Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Copywriter or Social Media Handler.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to optimize content for different audiences and platforms.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to select engaging visuals to complement text.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
