Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in the food service and delivery industry. In this role, you will assist customers, drive sales, and help ensure a seamless and positive experience for those using our food delivery and service platforms.
• The ideal candidate will have a love for food, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, both in-store and online.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest menu items or food services that best meet those needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our food offerings, delivery services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Process orders quickly and accurately, ensuring proper entry into the point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ensure that food items are presented well and packaged properly for delivery or pickup.
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring that food products and supplies are stocked and organized.
• Upsell or cross-sell additional food items, special offers, or meal plans to help achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and issues in a courteous and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the execution of store promotions, meal plan sign-ups, and new product or menu launches.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily sales goals and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required); college, degree (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or the foodservice industry (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• A passion for food and the foodservice industry.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in food delivery or the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with food products, delivery services, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
