Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team.
• As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, performing data entry tasks, and providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate computer systems, including hardware and software, to perform data processing tasks.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor computer systems for errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Provide technical support to users, including responding to queries, resolving issues, and training users on new systems.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance, data entry, and technical support activities.
• Collaborate with IT staff to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.

Requirements

• OND or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Computer Operator or in a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
