We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review projects to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Prepare construction specifications and detailed requests for equipment and materials when needed.
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools and materials, order and purchase materials appropriately.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
• Manage the use of construction equipment and machinery
• Coordinates work with engineering and construction team, vendors and suppliers at project site.
• Ensure drawings and documents comply with applicable codes and standards as well as client requirements.
• . Resolve problems and implement improvements in construction processes.
• Maintain communication between project managers, site staff, and clients.
• Conduct quality and safety inspections.
• Prepare and submit project estimates, budgets, and progress reports.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as needed.

Job Requirements

• A minimum requirement of a Degree in Building Technology or Masters in Architecture.
• Proven work experience in construction management or a similar role
• Must be very innovative with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to deliver projects as scheduled and within tight deadlines.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be skillful in the use Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, 3D Max any other CAD Software.
• Must have very good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to work productively and amicable with other members of the team.
• Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
