Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a skilled Business Development, Sales & Marketing Manager with a focus on growing our gift offerings, increasing sales, and managing social media.
• This role will drive business growth and enhance our brand presence through strategic marketing and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities, especially in the gifts sector.
• Build partnerships with corporate clients and event planners.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and customer needs.
• Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Sales & Marketing:
• Develop sales strategies to promote bakery products, event services, and gift offerings.
• Plan marketing campaigns for corporate gifts, dessert boxes, and event packages.
• Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and meet revenue goals.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage social media accounts, focusing on promoting gift packages and services.
• Create engaging content and run targeted ad campaigns.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and social media management.
• Strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the gifts market.
• Must be a female for gender balance
• Must reside with Lekki and environs for proximity.
