We have a vast experience in the outsourcing business as we currently manage resources for major clients in all sectors of the Nigerian economy. In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Programme Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of projects primarily focused on legislative and civic engagement, elections, and social justice/reform.
• Implement capacity building programs and targeted workshops designed for project beneficiaries.
• Conduct research and analyses, develop high quality advocacy and awareness materials, produce programme reports, and interface with external partners.
• Develop proposals, implement work plans, write reports, and advocacy/resource materials.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Law
• Minimum of 7 years' experience with managing donor-funded democracy/governance projects in the non-profit sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Broad grasp and understanding of the policy and political environment in Nigeria, especially relating to elections and the legislature
• Experience with overseeing project monitoring and evaluation
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel to various locations in the country, as needed, to implement project activities.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 / Month.
