Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Locations: Lekki - Lagos and Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We require the services of a HRBP to join our HR team.
• Proximity to Lekki phase 1 and residency in Calabar is desired for these roles.
• The HRBP is responsible for acquiring talents through online and offline.
• Schedule and conduct interviews on behalf of company.
• Enforce company regulations and supervise all employees and oversee employee relations, performance management etc at the business location.

Responsibilites

• Manage Staff welfare programs
• HMO and employee wellness management
• Managing relationships with company healthcare providers
• Managing Employee Grievance procedures
• Employee Communication
• Manage Reward and Recognition programs
• Manage time and attendance
• Payroll and benefits administration
• Manage statutory remittances
• Manage relationships with PFA,NSITF, NHF
• Manage related policies and procedure
• Carry out employee surveys to drive employee engagement
• Prepare periodic report for Head Human Resources
• Monitor and analyze relevant metrics
• Manage Leave applications and processing
• Responsible for tooling up of staff.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• BSc / HND in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years Cognate experience is desirable.
• Membership of CIPM or related certification.
• A strong HR background with at least 4 years of Generalist experience.
• Must have hands-on experience in performance management
• A working knowledge of payroll management.
• Working knowledge on Training and Development.
• Flare to drive productivity with little or no supervision.
• Sound knowledge of HRIS
• Advance knowledge of excel and other MS office suite.
• The ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
• High organization skill.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
