Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Technical Operator to manage the operation of our sachet water filling machine and PET water machine.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of both machines, from filling to sealing the sachets and bottles.
• This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the sachet water filling machine, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee the operation of the PET water machine, ensuring smooth and efficient production of bottled water.
• Monitor the filling process to ensure that all sachets and bottles are filled and sealed correctly, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on both machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Keep track of supplies and materials, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any issues encountered during the filling process.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any machine-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination).
• Experience: Previous experience operating sachet water filling and PET water machines is preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
