Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and circuits for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial solar panel installations.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar energy projects, ensuring optimal placement, efficiency, and safety.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of electrical and solar systems.
• Perform electrical load analysis and fault-finding, and provide solutions to optimize system performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in solar technology, electrical engineering standards, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Proven experience in electrical design, installation, and system maintenance, with specific experience in solar power systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Proficient with electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and evolving industry trends.
