Job Description

• As a Consultant Dermatologist, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating various skin, and hair, conditions. You will work in a cutting-edge facility with a team of dedicated professionals, providing personalized care to meet the unique needs of our patients. Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical diagnosis, treatment, and management of skin, hair, and nail conditions.
• Perform advanced dermatological procedures and minor surgeries.
• Offer personalized treatment plans to patients for both medical and cosmetic concerns.
• Ensure the highest patient care, safety, and satisfaction throughout treatment.
• Collaborate with other team members, including doctors, Nurses, and support staff, to deliver integrated and holistic patient care.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns, and educating them about their skin conditions and treatment options.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the medical field, maintaining high professionalism.
• Adjust and administer the patient's medication and provide treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Fellowship of the National or West African Postgraduate Medical Colleges.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of post-fellowship experience.
• Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures.
• Valid medical license.
• Excellent knowledge of examination methodologies, diagnostics, and basic and advanced life support.
• Must possess excellent decision-making skills, be compassionate, and be approachable.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures and willingness to follow them at all times
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Available for training in Abuja.
