Job Description

• The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory of our organization. Need to check with the Compliance of Labour laws with the industry standards.
• Also need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and Labour Relations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performance management of all the Factory Employees
• Conduct Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
• Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit.
• Negotiations with the job union to arrive at consensus and frame a draft agreement
• Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
• Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage and mentor HR staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree in HR is a plus.
• At least 3 - 7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring HR staff.
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications.
• Age: 30 - 60 years.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
