We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate Recruiter

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative task of the organization
• Assist the HR in the recruitment, training and onboarding processes
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
• Conduct file audits
• Provide general office support to management and HR department
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
• Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Prepare reports

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any Social Science or its equivalent.
• 2+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Skills/Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills, excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organizational skill.
• Good knowledge of human resources process and practises.
• Must be highly creative and innovative.
• Must be highly intelligent and efficient.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Have a proactive attitude and zeal to learn.
• Must possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
