Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking for reliable and experienced Dispatch Riders to join our team in Surulere, Lagos.
• As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for delivering packages and ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods to designated locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers or businesses within Surulere and surrounding areas.
• Handle packages with care to avoid damage during transportation.
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including proof of delivery where required.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including polite and professional interaction with customers.
• Perform routine maintenance on the delivery motorcycle to ensure it remains in good working condition.
• Obey all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and lawful transportation of goods.
• Maintain open communication with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery progress and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries during deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum of WAEC / SSCE educational qualification with 1-2 years work experience.
• Valid rider's license and the necessary riding documents from local authorities.
• Reside in close proximity or within commuting distance to Surulere, Lagos.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role with clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks.
• Punctuality and reliability are of utmost importance.
• Physical fitness and stamina.

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
