Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• Act as the strategy and insights arm for the Modern Trade channel, ensuring strong execution and collaboration with MT customers to build brand and category based on shopper/retail insights.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to engage target markets, as well as to build out and grow new digital marketing opportunities to reach new audience.
• Ensure channel marketing plans are aligned with the overall department strategy. Assists with defining the appropriate success and effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives and drafts in-depth reviews of channel marketing effectiveness.

Experience / Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years marketing experience.

Skill Requirements:

• Prior experience in trade marketing or key account management is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of market, advertising and promotion concepts and strategies in the health and wellness segment of the hospitality Industry.
• Ability to formulate convincing proposals to gain stakeholders’ support and commitment.
