Job Summary

• We are seeking a result-driven, goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join its team.
• We are looking for a strategic thinker with the skills and experience to drive sales, develop new markets, and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify and develop new markets, focusing on B2B clients such as distributors and companies requiring bulk paint purchases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
• Manage, motivate, and lead the sales and marketing team to meet performance targets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing new markets and achieving sales targets.
• Experience in B2B marketing is a must.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
