Job Overview

• We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented graduate trainees to join our telemarketing team.
• As a Telemarketing Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective customers, generating leads, and promoting company products or services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other telemarketing techniques.
  • Maintain and update the customer database.

• Customer Engagement:

  • Contact prospective clients to introduce the company’s products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotional offers.

• Sales and Conversion:

  • Schedule appointments or follow-ups for senior sales representatives.
  • Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.

• Training and Development:

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telemarketing skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve group objectives.

• Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports to the supervisor.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to improve marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Recent graduate with a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language(s)].
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
• Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for meeting targets.
