Job Summary

• Our client is an individual seeking a professional and reliable Personal Driver to provide safe, timely, and courteous driver services.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a professional demeanor.
• This role requires flexibility, discretion, and a commitment to meeting the Client's transportation needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation Services:

  • Safely transport the Clientto and from designated locations, including work, appointments, meetings, social events, and other errands.
  • Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely arrivals.

• Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Regularly schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine services.
  • Report any mechanical issues or damage to the employer immediately.

• Discretion and Professionalism:

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional activities.
  • Exhibit a professional attitude, appearance, and behavior at all times.
  • Provide courteous and respectful service to the employer, passengers, and others encountered during trips.

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle expenses.
  • Handle vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and other necessary documentation.
  • Assist with minor errands or deliveries as requested.

• Flexibility and Availability:

  • Be available for on-call duties and flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Adapt to changes in schedules and last-minute requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal or professional driver.
• Familiarity with GPS/Googlenavigation systems/mapsand traffic patterns in Lagos
• Excellent knowledge of road safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations, such as traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns, calmly and professionally.
• Candidate must stay along the Lekki-Ajah axis.
