We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Ikota - VGC, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to meet clients' investment and real estate needs.
• Actively seek new clients and expand the company’s network through referrals and networking.
• Provide expert advice on PWAN Group Invest Ltd.’s investment products and services.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns.
• Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for growth and business development.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve business targets and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in relationship management, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking products, investment strategies, and financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong drive for success.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
