Job Summary

• As we continue to grow, we seek a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Officer to expand our market presence.

Key Responsiblities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue
• Develop strategies to attract and secure new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers
• Travel extensively to meet clients, visit project sites and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs and competitor activities and recommend actionable insights
• Maintain accurate records of sales activites and provide reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 1-3 years work experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Self motivated and results oriented, with passion for achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
