UMERA Farms operate in the diversified agribusiness; livestock and crop farming production, with our primary focus on cashew crop production. The Nutty Park Cashew Plantation was launched August 2020 with the vision of being the largest cashew plantation in Africa through aggregation

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Managing Director

Location: Adafila, Ogbomoso, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement farm strategies and policies. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the entire farm.
• Coordinate with farm supervisors to ensure effective management of various farm sections.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including farm owners, partners, and clients.
• Report progress and challenges to the board and provide strategic insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.
• Proven experience in farm management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of agricultural best practices and technologies.
