Job Title: Content Creator

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that align with the brand's vision and goals.
• This individual will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and high-quality content to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost sales.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
• Create product-focused content that highlights features, benefits, and customer use cases.
• Develop and manage the content calendar for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Post, engage, and respond to comments/messages to foster community growth.
• Identify trends and adapt content to stay relevant.
• Work with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall brand objectives.
• Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to develop co-branded content.
• Track the performance of content using analytics tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Craft compelling narratives that connect emotionally with the target audience.
• Develop blog posts, email newsletters, and product descriptions that align with the brand voice.
• Stay updated with trends in shapewear, fashion, and digital marketing.
• Experiment with innovative content formats and strategies.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other digital marketing qualifications.
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and graphic design work.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for fashion, body positivity, and empowering diverse audiences.
• Experience in e-commerce or fashion brands.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
