Job Description

• Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about ensuring operational excellence? We are looking for an experienced and diligent Audit Officer to join our team.
• This role involves auditing all processes and procedures across our store, inventory, kitchen, and other operational areas to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Auditing: Review and evaluate all operational processes and procedures in the store, inventory, kitchen, and other departments to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular audits of inventory records, stock levels, and movement to prevent discrepancies, wastage, or loss.
• Kitchen Audits: Monitor kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and waste management, to ensure adherence to set standards and minimize errors.
• Compliance Checks: Ensure all departments comply with internal policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in operational workflows and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure that company policies are understood, implemented, and followed consistently across all business units.
• Follow-Up Audits: Conduct follow-up audits to verify that recommendations and corrective actions have been implemented effectively.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Proven experience as an Audit Officer, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and tools.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and processes is a plus.
