Job Title: Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee their stores located in Ajah.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilites

• Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, implement strategic sales plans, identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills, performance, and overall contribution to the team.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and maintain strong relationships.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Plan and execute promotional events and sales campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure environment for both customers and staff, adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role, with a strong track record of success.
• Passionate about fashion and staying updated with the latest trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Should be 30 years or older, and reside around Ajah.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary
N150,000 - N160,000 monthly.
