Job Title: Basic Tech / Technical Drawing Teacher

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• A basic tech teacher, also known as a technology teacher, teaches students about computers, technology, and how to use them in the real world.
• They help students develop computer literacy and technological skills, and understand how technology is used in society.

Responsibilities

• Create lesson plans: Develop lesson plans that cover state standards and include a variety of learning activities
• Teach computer skills: Teach students how to use computers, mobile devices, keyboards, and the internet
• Teach internet safety: Teach students how to use technology responsibly and safely
• Evaluate student work: Grade assignments, projects, and classwork
• Monitor student use: Monitor how students use computers and the internet, and make sure they follow district policies
• Collaborate with other staff: Work with other teachers and staff to develop lesson plans and provide support
• Stay current: Keep up with new developments in technology by reading, talking to colleagues, and taking professional development courses
• Help students connect technology to the real world: Help students understand how technology is used in the real world

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 4 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
