We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth & Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:

• Create and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s mission to engage diverse communities and attract skilled workers.
• Leverage paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on platforms like Jobs and Outsourcing industry.

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Develop compelling, on-brand content to promote the company’s initiatives across social media, email, and other digital channels.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and community-building efforts.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze data from campaigns and social media to identify growth opportunities, improve targeting, and maximize ROI.
• Use analytics tools to track performance and provide insights to refine marketing strategies.

Community Engagement:

• Foster an online community by responding to comments, and messages, and connecting with followers to promote the company’s mission.
• Collaborate with industry influencers and advocates to amplify our message.

Brand Building & Awareness:

• Develop campaigns that highlight the company’s success stories, training programs, and job board opportunities to build trust with stakeholders.
• Align messaging with the company’s values of inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
• Proven experience in growth marketing and social media management.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and social media platforms.
• Strong storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills.
• A passion for diversity, inclusion, and workforce development.
• Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies based on insights.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
