Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and industry data to identify opportunities and minimize risks.
• Identify and secure new business ventures, partnerships, and joint initiatives.
• Expand market reach locally and internationally through strategic planning.
• Cultivate relationships with distributors, investors, and government agencies.
• Represent the company at high-profile events, trade shows, and meetings.
• Explore opportunities for product development and market diversification.
• Lead initiatives to penetrate new market segments.
• Inspire and guide the business development team, aligning efforts with strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets for business initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or strategic planning within FMCG or food production industries.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
