• This a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer at Remedial Health. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs that effectively convey our brand’s message across various platforms.
• This position demands a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.

Job Description

• Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) with expertise.
• Develop motion graphics and edit videos to enhance brand messaging.
• Apply web design principles using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Develop original concepts that reflect and enhance the brand’s identity.
• Propose innovative ideas to strengthen brand communication.
• Ensure consistency across all design elements.
• Deliver high-quality, error-free creative outputs.
• Interpret creative briefs and transform them into compelling designs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s brand guidelines.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with the brand strategy.
• Refine and troubleshoot designs based on feedback.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, with a proven track record in creating impactful designs.
• Proven experience in graphic design, including motion graphics and video editing.
